Warranty Policy

Buffalo Machines Provides a 12-month Parts-Only Warranty across our whole range of products.

1. Introduction This Parts-Only Warranty Policy, outlines the terms and conditions under which we, Buffalo Machines, provide warranty coverage for parts supplied with our products. This Policy is designed to comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable UK laws.

2. Scope of the Warranty This warranty applies solely to the replacement of defective parts and does not include labour costs, service fees, or any other associated expenses, unless explicitly stated otherwise. The warranty covers:

·       Manufacturing defects in the parts supplied with our products.

·       Parts purchased directly from Buffalo Machines or authorised resellers.

3. Warranty Period The warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or invoice) must be provided to make a claim.

4. Exclusions This warranty does not cover:

·       Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence.

·       Wear and tear due to normal usage.

·       Damage resulting from unauthorised modifications or repairs.

·       Parts installed incorrectly or used in a manner inconsistent with the product’s instructions.

·       Damage caused by external factors such as accidents, fire, flood, or other natural disasters.

5. Consumer Rights This Policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable UK laws.

6. How to Make a Warranty Claim To make a claim under this warranty, please follow these steps:

1.     Contact our customer service team at sales@buffalomachines.co.uk to report the issue and provide details of the defective part.

2.     Provide proof of purchase and, if requested, photographs or other evidence of the defect.

3.     Return the defective part to Buffalo Machines at your own expense, unless otherwise agreed. We recommend using a tracked delivery service.

4.     Upon receipt and inspection of the part, we will determine if the defect is covered under this Policy. If covered, we will supply a replacement part at no additional cost.

7. Limitations of Liability Our liability under this warranty is limited to the replacement of defective parts. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or loss of data.

8. Amendments We reserve the right to amend this Policy at any time. Changes will not apply retroactively and will only affect claims made after the date of amendment.

9. Governing Law This Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under this Policy will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Please note that our warranty is non-transferable for any of our machines. If you sell or purchase any of our machines second-hand, the warranty will not apply. The warranty is valid only for the individual whose name appears on the original order.

Our warranty exclusively covers non-wearing parts on our machines.

When contacting us regarding a warranty claim, please ensure you have your order number and/or proof of purchase available, as we cannot process claims without this information.
