Shipping policy

 

Once an order is made, we aim to deliver your machine on a 2 to 3 working day service. A confirmation email is sent to your email straight after purchase. Following this, a separate email will be sent to you the next working day with details of your tracking number as well as the relevant website link for tracking.

Please note that for more remote areas in the UK such as the Scottish Highlands, the delivery times could be up to 5 working days. On the day of delivery, someone must be available at the delivery address between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. If a delivery is missed and needs to be re-delivered, a surcharge of £25 + VAT will apply, as this is the cost incurred by Buffalo Machines.

Buffalo Machines does not accept liability for any loss of earnings or other losses incurred as a result of machinery being out of service or undergoing repairs.
